    3 tips for self-improvement:

    #1 – FIRST: emotions
    We need to understand we are emotional creatures and act accordingly.

    #2 – SECOND: self-evaluation
    When we learn to control these emotions through self-evaluation and looking at the goal of our “work” (“the why” or the “plan for us”) we can better come to understand the outcomes we wish to achieve.

    #3 – FINALLY: reliable, repeatable systems for goal planning & building relationships
    Establish reliable and repeatable systems for planning, to reach our goals more effectively and easily, while building relationships with others.
