Facilitator(s) – manage the active environment to support participants’ prior knowledge and unique learning styles, while engaging in activities that can be tested and modified for application.

Begin
Start with an idea and MBO – Manage by Objective by using an OKR-Objective Key Result layout, while using S.M.A.R.T. Goals or KR-Key Results which format and structure your big dream or idea. Define:
Why,How,Who,What,When

Progress
Once you have created your OKR’s, or identified your unbiased objective or metrics based on observable and measurable facts guided by rules, define the entry and exit guidelines for your KR-Key Results.

Improvement
Monitor your progress daily: Old behavior vs. New Behavior. Monitor your KR numbers.
Only choose 1-2 behaviors to change at a time.

It is defined by the outcomes of your goal’s aim and the KR or target number reached.
Success should be defined with measurable metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) or timed-based gauges based on an established ongoing process or activity within your organization.
